If you are experiencing issues with your CD player, try unplugging your unit for 5 minutes. You may also try performing a factory reset by going into the settings in your menu options. To access the menu press and hold the volume knob on the unit or press the menu button on the remote control.

If a CD is completely stuck, please contact Customer Support for assistance

If you are seeing your Music System+ appear on your Bluetooth list but are having trouble connecting, try forgetting your Music System+ in the Bluetooth menu of your device and then re-pairing them. If that does not resolve the issue, please contact Customer Support for further assistance*.

*Confirm that your smart device is running the latest firmware version

If you move the Music System+ to another location, you must perform a new scan so the radio will find stations in the new location. To do this, enter DAB mode and press and hold the volume knob on the Music System+ or press and hold the Menu button on the remote control. Select Auto Scan. Make sure to fully extend the retractable antenna to ensure you pull in all available stations.
